Welcome to Module 3! Each of the tasks to be accomplished in Module 3 are vital to the development and implementation of your comprehensive school counseling program. The work of creating equitable systems that respond to student needs and support historically underserved students and translating those student needs into program outcomes can be very collaborative and engaging. In this module, you are beginning to move from identifying student needs to determining the actions you intend to take to address the needs. This proactive and intentional work, in identifying and implementing evidence-based interventions, can fire up your team!
