Prior to moving forward with the next three steps in developing your team’s CSCP, you will want to discuss the role your team plays in the delivery of the interventions to be implemented: Your team leads the development and implementation of the comprehensive program. As such, it shares the responsibility of delivering program interventions. This requires the team to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with members of the staff who are already delivering interventions in each of the four domains. For each of the examples below, the activities can be considered a part of your comprehensive school counseling program (CSCP), though delivered by teachers, paraprofessionals, or others.
