Annual program evaluations.
Annual management meetings.
CSCP calendars.
Time-task analysis.
Communication of program evaluation results and counseling personnel role/function with partners.
Planning mental health services for students in the district and the school counseling personnel’s role in providing responsive services as part of the plan.
Planning supports to reduce counseling program personnel and teacher compassion fatigue and burnout.
